I don't know if google home automation things are as buggy as they seem and I should try Alexa, or if I'm doing something wrong.
I have a Google home mini, 30 or so smart plugs by kasa, a galaxy watch 4, and a galaxy s22 ultra.
One thing I notice that seems wonky is that if it I say "ok google, set an alarm for 5am", my mini sets the alarm on that device but my watch and phone don't know about it.
Additionally same goes for my watch if I tell it to set an alarm.
My phone, if I set the alarm manually by hand in alarms it does ring on both my watch and alarm.
But I am aiming for competently hands free operation of everything which is why I went automation.
I want to get more google homes (or nests) but if they are incapable of syncing their commands to one-another it seems pointless. I expected it to use voice match and sync these commands to all devices.
Thoughts? Am I missing something?

You're not missing anything, timers and alarms are a feature that only operate on the device you started them on unfortunately. I’d encourage you to also send this feedback directly to Google. You will not receive a response, unless Google need more details from you, however the team are still reading the feedback.

@David_K, thanks for your input.
@Tapwny, while the specific feature you're asking for is not available, sending feedback will give our team more data that they can use to improve the overall experience of our customers using Google Home and Nest products. Check out this website for more information.
