talk to a tech on the phone ? anybody have a phone # im so frustrated

I need to talk to a tech !!  I did everything online to no fix , my gen 3 nest thermostat went offline for no reason . all other devices in my home are online . I had 3.7 volts , I figured let me charge it ..   forgetting I had to plug in a wire I removed 2 screws , then remembered well I can not get back on plate right way , multiple times ,  I took again , part came off but plastic part with screws di not ,  now I really am frustrated , got it off but still not right ...need a expert before I ruin this thermostat ... so does anybody have a tech number or knows what I should do !!!

thank you , I already got in  touch with support , there sending me a new one !  thanks for the help , good to know there are options ..  bye
