If you have the newer "Nest Aware" or "Nest Aware Plus" subscriptions (which have been available since 2020 if you have migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account, and apply to ALL of your cameras and doorbells), you can check your subscription and its billing history here:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

If you have only 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells and are using ONLY the Google Nest app and have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription (which applies to specific cameras), you can check your subscription history here:

https://store.nest.com/account/orders

This Google Store page lists all Nest Aware prices:

I canceled my subscription

@michaelcastillo, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide additional information about your subscription to Nest Aware. We want to know if you unsubscribed from Nest Aware but are still being billed, as that is a concern.

I'm sorry about the trouble you've been dealing with. I'll do my best to fix it. It appears, from what you have explained, that you are being billed twice for the Nest aware subscription. To confirm this, please visit the Google Store and ensure you're signed in with the same email address linked to your Nest account. Once signed in, select "Subscriptions" under your profile icon. If you see an option that indicates "Unused Nest Aware," please let me know.

My credit card on file and also got an email said that my renew subscription is being renew for one year at $80 instead of $60.  I also got information said that Nest if going to be discontinued all product on April 8, 2024.    I should only be charged for up to April 8, 2024.  I have been trying to find a phone number to talk to a live person, no success yet .  Anyone know the answer or customer service phone number?

We got an email months ago about the increase in subscription prices.

Google Nest is NOT discontinuing support of all of its products on April 8, 2024. It is ONLY discontinuing support for Dropcams and for the Nest Secure alarm system (which includes Nest Guard, Nest Detect, and Nest Tag devices):

I’m having the same problem.

i get billed $8 a month from Google 

and $8/month from Nest for my outdoor 

camera. Plus before Google bought them it was only $6 a month.

Who give me a call to fix this?
