How do I get started?

All depends, if you want familiar faces to NOT alert, then your already DONE. it does not work.

This is all users, nobody from Nest or Google here, so its a bunch of folks really upset paying for Nest aware that has some issues.

Most of it here is folks LEARNING about security devices for home users.
