Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? You can check your subscription on the link below. Note that your subscription has to be for the Google Nest "home/structure" that includes your camera or doorbell. If you click on your subscription, you'll see the name/nickname for your Google Nest "home/structure".

The Google Nest Help topic lists the history you get for each camera and doorbell, with and without a subscription. Note that history begins when you purchase a subscription.

Note also that you can view history in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, depending on your camera, and on the home.nest.com website for older cameras. History is not available on the home.google.com website.
