Trying to log in to Nest keeps saying I am using the wrong password and to reset but will not accept !!

Also, please follow the steps to change your Nest account password. Here are the steps:
6. Confirm new password.
7. Select Save changes.
Note: If you attempt to create an insecure password, you'll receive an error message.
