Help

I have a pair of Nest Audio speakers - sound great when they work.

The wifi is strong near them as other items wor fine - I can stream films on my laptop when in a simialr position.

Recently they have just stopped working so often that it is not possible to use them. I often get the message 'Something went wrong please try later' or words to that affect.

It has got to the point hwere I am thinking of getting rid of them.

I also got a bluetooth turntable - they won't hook up to this. Bluetooth is working fine and when the Nest speakers are working I can play music from my ipod via bluetooth.

Any help would be well received.

Mike

Hey RelaxbackUK,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

Since this thread hasn't had activity in a while, we're going to close it to keep content fresh. We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, try unpairing your Nest Audio device.

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap the Speaker pair.
  3. Tap Settings and then Audio and then Speaker pair and then Separate speaker pair and then Separate.

If the issue persists, feel free to submit another post, and provide as many details as possible so that others can lend a hand. Hope this helps!

Best,

Alex
