Hello,
I purchased the one-year subscription for Nest Award, but, it is not recognized that it was purchased. What do I do?

Did you purchase your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located?
You can check your Nest Aware subscription here; if you select your subscription it should show the Google Nest "home/structure":

You should also be able to check it by selecting your Google Nest "home/structure" (if you have more than one) and going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.
If you need help, you could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
