Nest Doorbell - Product reliability

Nest Doorbell - Battery


I am unable to see my video event history for past 30 days despite being on Nest Aware Trial.

 

Context:

I went out of my home yesterday morning at 8.30 AM. I had event history up to 8.30 AM. After 8.30 AM, 0 notifications, 0 events. It’s such a busy area with movements everywhere hour. I reach home at 6.50 PM. I have event history of only past 3 hours. Today morning I see event history of even the last day. 

My neighbours bike had been stolen in the wee hours of the morning. He pressed bell twice. At 4.50 PM and at 6 PM. 0 notification. I have my notifications on for Google Home. 

The r product is a let down. I tried to reach contact us page. It says they are available after 7 AM Monday, no chat or call option. Terrible product reliability.
