Nest Hello Doorbell

Apparently, my doorbell is connected to the Nest app. However, it is not connected to nest aware.  This occurred since I renewed my subscription.  Can someone help me please?

How do you know it's not "connected to Nest Aware"? If you go to your Google Nest Hello Doorbell in the Google Nest app, connecting to the same Google Nest "home/structure" you've always used, do you see no history?  If you go to home.nest.com and select your doorbell, do you see no history?  If you go to Settings | Nest Aware for your doorbell, does it show a subscription?

If you go to Settings | Nest Aware from the initial screen in the Google Nest app, does it show a Nest Aware subscription?

Did you renew your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your camera is located, using the same Google Account you use to sign on to the Google Nest app?

If you go to the Subscription Management page below, do you see your subscription?
