nest subscription

I have a nest subscription but I think it's lost between two accounts. I may have signed up for nest aware but I am not sure which account it's for. Please have someone contact me I have been working on this for hours. My telephone number is 281-804-7333

I don't think Google Nest Support ever calls customers who post in this forum, and they usually remove any personal information like phone numbers.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription." Depending on your location and time of day, there may be a phone option.

You can also go to the Subscription Management page to check your subscription:

Hello everyone,

 

@thezoocrew thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear if you have to go through with this concern. What you can do here is to hit the link shared above about subscription management and check the email address signed in. You'll check if there's a subscription active to that email address. if there's no, then switch it to your other email address and check again for your Nest Aware subscription.
