I’m going to change to a different doorbell if you can’t make things user friendly.  I’ve never had such a hard time trying to get through to you guys!

Go to the Subscription Management page here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

Then click on your Nest Aware subscription.

Then click on "Change payment method".

At least, that worked for us when our credit card number changed, though I think updating it was a bit cumbersome.
