Good evening...I had to reinstall the app and I lost nest aware. I had just paid for the annual membership and it's now showing just a trial. How can I restore this service if it's something I already paid for? Please assist.

Deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app or Google Home app has no effect whatsoever on a Nest Aware subscription as log as you log back on with the same Google Account; the subscription is stored on your account, not on the app; we've done it several times. Are you sure you are logging onto the app for the same Google Nest "home/structure" and the same Google Account you used for the Nest Aware subscription?
