I have a guest with over 500 captured photos but is given the correct name maybe 1 out of 10 times they come to the door.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.

What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’

Not sure what happened to my last reply but the issue would be server side so restarting the nest hello doorbell shouldn't have anything to do with the fact that the nest are Google server sending me a message that the doorbell has seen someone it doesn't recognize but then I don't have any way to add that person to a recognized group. Also the fact that there are many many pictures of me and other guests and it continually does not recognize them.
I see what you are saying, but there is no way to manually add in a new familiar face. Check your settings and adjust them if they need to be a bit stronger. I am sorry if this is an inconvenience.
