Nest account log on

I have migrated my nest account to google. I can’t log on to nest app. I can log into google account no problem. When I try to log into nest it informs me my account as been migrated. When I log onto app with google account details it keeps telling me to try again

I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. Are you trying to log into the Google Home app after you have migrated the account?
