Hello Jonathan thanks for replying before I answer all the questions you asked I wanted to let you know that I am going through vpn will that cause disconnect?
the error is blue screen and says “there was a problem connecting to the nest service.Try again in a few minutes”

Thanks for your response. Using a VPN may be the cause of your Nest Camera's disconnections. It often interferes with the continuous connection that Nest cameras need to stream video. I recommend temporarily turning off your VPN to see if the connection issues with your Nest cameras are resolved.

That was the cause I tested with and without and without the stream stays without dropping out thanks for help
