I bought a nest thermostat from my local power company and it stopped working after two weeks. The power company said to put in a claim with Google. So I found the warranty claim page and submitted a claim. THREE TIMES!. After two weeks I got an email from Google asking me for a good time and phone number to call me. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. second claim, went weeks and nobody contacted me. Third claim much like the first I got an email, gave them a date and time and NO CALL AGAIN! What do I do? Zero help and nobody to call. I need help.
