I renewed my Nest Aware Plus subscription and received an email confirmation that I was was charged on Nov 21, 2021. When I log into my Nest home login, I see the two cameras I have associated with my account but I am unable to see any video history / timeline info (I am logging in via my laptop computer but also don't see any video history from my phone login either).

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Do you still need help with this issue?
