I have two wired indoor gen 2 nest cams that I purchased this week. I purchased a nest aware plus subscription for the year. This is so could get the 24/7 CVR.
In the Google home app, when I click on history, nothing displays in the timeline. When I click on full history, there is nothing.
How do I view the full CVR history?
Note: I have all events turned off.

Is your Nest Aware Plus subscription on the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are, and on the same Google Account? If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US) and select your subscription, it will show the "home".
In the Google Home app, you can also go to Settings | Nest Aware to see what subscription is listed. If you go to either of your cameras, you can select Settings | Video, and under "Video History" it will show the subscription for your camera.

Here is what I see with the camera settings. Notice that the last thing recorded in the history was on 12/21. The camera is currently on and connected to wifi. I can view the live stream without any issues.

Yes. It's the same Google account. However, I originally signed up for the nest aware 30 day trial. Later that day, I attempted to upgrade to nest aware plus. It shows that I will be billed for nest aware plus in January. Attached is what I see.

It's been 3 years since we first signed up, but I think you have to wait for the free 30-day trial Nest Aware subscription to end before your paid subscription starts. And the free trial is just Nest Aware (event history, without the 24/7 recording that comes with Nest Aware Plus), and you said you have all events turned off. So that might explain what you're seeing (or not seeing).
If you want to know for sure, you could try the "Contact us" link on this page:

After talking with support for an hour, I was told there is no way to view CVR history unless you swipe to scrub the video feed until you get to the exact time you want to view. I was also told there is no way to download the CVR footage, unless there is a recorded event. The option they recommended was to download a screen recorder app to "save" the video.
So, if I have CVR, but events turned off, the only way to save video footage is to swipe until I find the exact time and use a screen recorder.
One other issue is that the video timeline is set to the last recorded event, multiple days ago. So if I want to see what happend at 3:30 am today, I have to swipe an incredible amount to view the footage.

This behavior--including the removal of the ability to edit clips--is all a consequence of Google Nest's decision to make its new cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept 2021 work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website. Our older cameras and doorbells don't have these limitations.
