Personal routine disappeared

Hi,

Last time I wanted to change one of my personal routines, I couldn't find it anymore in Google Home. 

However, this routine is still running everyday, but I really would like to retrieve it to update it.

I've restarted my phone but that doesn't change anything.

I think that I still got it visible like a month ago.

Could you please give me a solution?

I'm having the same issue.  I have a few lights that come on and I've searched all over not finding the routine that triggers it anymore.  I used to have one but I can't find it.  2 routines have disappeared.  What's going on?

Is there any way to search by light?  I'd like to see what routines are associated with a specific light.  I can't find two routines that I know used to be there.  I cannot find them to edit them, but the lights still turn on at a specific time.  It's driving me crazy.

It seems that unfortunately we are not the only ones having that problem...

I've created 2 new routines to workaround this.

The aim of the disappeared routine was to switch on some lights at a certain hour.

I updated regularly in the past to match the exact moment were the sun was going down here in Belgium.

I tried yesterday this new automated routine based on the sunset time, but it is not really satisfactory (the sun wasn't gone when the routine switched on the lights).

To avoid having the lights switched on too early because of the disappeared routine, I created another routine to directly switch off the lights after they are switched on due to the disappeared routine. I will still need to fine-grain the time for the forced switch off as I do not remember the time set on the disappeared routine anymore. I'll pay attention to this tonight, but it is really not handy...

Same here routine that I can’t pause or remove.  Super troublesome now. Turns lights on when off work and announces things ugh

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have. 

Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? You can all try to do a sequential reboot, then observe if this will fix the issue. First, unplug your Nest speakers/ displays for 30 seconds, then do the same thing on your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.

Thank you for your message, I must say that after more than a month, I wasn't waiting for another help anymore. Apologize, I had holidays so I couldn't test it before. I've followed your procedure. Am I suppose to see my personal routines back?

I can confirm that it doesn't change anything. Google Home application completely changed UI, but I couldn't select my old custom routine. And this routine is still running right after the reset as the light went on at 20h57 as everyday since months. I didn't change anything special before the routine disappeared, the only change was the time for this routine I changed probably in May somewhere. Then it disappeared.

my app upgraded to a new view and the routines were back minus the pauses I had. 
then yesterday it set back to the old view and can see the routines yet

Coming back to the application I understand that I had to go a bit deeper to find everything back.

So the problem is now solved. The disappeared routine wasn't proposed in the favorites setup at the first opening of the new version of Google Home, but could be find in the routine section. Thank you Zoeuvre, the topic can be closed.
