I’m having two issues and increasingly frustrated with nest. First, I pay for the plus account and need to watch a video from 6am this morning but can’t get it (or anything outside of the last hour) to load. This is a frequent occurrence when trying to watch prior recordings and I’ve never cared enough to dig deeper, but now it’s a security issue.
Secondly, I have two battery outdoor cams that worked fine but have not been able to reconnect since we got new a new internet provider. The older model cameras reconnected fine. I’ve tried with and without he QR codes and have feed trouble shooting.
