I need to get archived video footage from a package delivery six days ago, 7/2/24. This particular package was stolen and my Nest doorbell camera captured the theft but since it occurred outside of the 5 day window with my current subscription I cannot access it. The detective handling my report requested this footage.

If it's beyond your subscription period, Google Nest no longer has the video history.
Google Nest says:
"All video history is deleted on a rolling basis. This means that, depending on the Nest Aware subscription you have, older saved video is deleted from the cloud after a certain number of days."

Try a googe take-out. i was lucky enough that I was able to recover video that was past due for deletion. Google doesnt tend trip over themselves to delete anything.
