Starting a subscription

I am trying to subscribe however I keep getting and error OR-IEH-01.  Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask what is the subscription you were trying to subscribe to? What Nest device do you have? Are you using the Nest app or the Google Home app? Looking forward to your response.
