Why do my iPhone and iPad get different recorded events. Same account/same camera

I have one Google Nest account.  I get different Nest Cam recordings/events on my iPhone and iPad.  WHY?

Right now, I have 70 events on my iPhone and only 27 events recorded when viewed from my iPad.

Why is there this discrepancy?

That does seem odd.

Maybe it is worth deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app on both your iPhone and iPad. You don't lose any data when doing so; you just log back onto your Google Account in the Google Home app after reinstalling.

I usually check the activity via the Nest app, not Google Home app. Ill give it a try. Thanks!
