have been having trouble being able to see the video history for my nest Hello doorbell and camera. I use the Nest app on iOS. I click on the history but it won’t play like it used too. Please help.

Let's try these troubleshooting steps below:
 

1. Check for any iOS updates and install them if there are any.
2. Uninstall the Nest app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
3. Check the video history in the Nest app.
