this has honestly been a big hassle so listen up customer service.....
we are not getting accurate footage. its a bit of a hit or miss.. not secure
what is the issue with our account and why are we not getting all the footage????
why is it so hard to log in then we are always using the google format and yet we get less footage
please assess account and advise as I am sure this is an easy fix. thank you
