re getting google to repay me back my money they have taken under false pretentions of video events

I have had a nest camera and nest door bell costs were high but it worked, protected my property and van,

google took over ! they have completely ruined this company, they ripped you off with there extortionate subscription,  they don't return your money, when requested  if the 5 days video recording was ample 5.00per month .... no not greedy Google! they take the piss! 

two items not now fit for purpose, its bad enough you buy the camera and door bell ... but then you don't own them the subscription will keep going up,  bail out!
