Nest Protect is marked "power off" in app, although everything looks fine

Hei, i have 2 Nest protect which run on batteries.

One Nest Protect is marked with "power off" in the app, although everything is fine according to the test (sensors, alarm, voice and so on). If i press the button on the Nest protect it is responding fine, voice and sound test, so it is not off and i don't understand. I did factory reset, changed the batteries, connected to the USB cable but i still get this message, what does it actually mean?

I have another Protect which doesn't have any issue at all, same brand of batteries, same wifi network. Connected in the app and marked with "everything is ok".

Any help? thanks

These will only connect randomly to update the app to conserve energy, last time mine was "low battery" it took about 3 days to update on the app once I had changed the battery.  How long has it been since you reset it?
