Nest protect not connecting to wifi

I have had all 3 nest protect working for over a week on my reconfigured mesh WiFi (dual band setup) all of a sudden one of the protect has gone offline and won't reconnect. Every time I try to reconnect I get a different error code p014, p022, p023

The protect is 6 ft away from the mesh node it has been connected to for the last week

Help please

Hey Lostinlinix,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Let's check — what's the status light of your Nest Protect? Have you tried restarting your Nest Protect to refresh the connection? If so, try resetting it to its default settings and set it up again. Here's how:

 

  1. Press and hold your Protect’s button. It will chime and glow blue. Continue holding the button down.
  2. Release the button when your Protect starts to say its version number.
  3. Your Protect will start a verbal countdown and tell you it’s erasing all your settings.
    • To cancel the factory reset, press Protect’s button again during the countdown.
  4. After a few seconds your Protect will reset to its factory default settings. You can then go through setup with the app and add it to an account again.
