Please I need to fix this thing. Tried to Full reset this thing but when it says it will reset in 10 second it keeps going back to the smoke alarm thing.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you have the wired or battery type of Nest Protect? If possible, could you remove its batteries or disconnect it from its power cable and then reconnect. After connecting it back, try to reset it to the factory default again. Also, what is the light status of your Nest Protect? What is the error message you're getting from your Nest app? Have you tried doing a safety check? Looking forward to your response.
