Why do nest thermostats only allow you to set heating from minimum of 1 hour. It’s doubling how long I need to heat my house in the morning. Hot water allows it so why not heating? Kind of goes against the point of earning nest leaves when you are forced to use more heating in turn producing more carbon. My heating bill has doubled since moving to nest.

The text size in the app when setting times it would be fab if this can be changed? Even with glasses I struggle to read it.
If the timing issue can’t be fixed then I am seriously thinking of changing my smart thermostat to another brand as it will be cheaper in the long run
