My 2 older nest thermostats are no longer connected to my app after updating my iphone software. I've tried every reset and restart on phone and thermostats. They used to be there and I used to control them from the app. Now they are gone and I can't add them back in. I don't have a code to reload them and the screen says they are already connected to an account, but they don't show up on the app? I've logged in and out? Any other suggestions?
