2 thermostat outdoor wood boiler troubleshooting

I've seen a couple similar threads but no follow ups from original poster so here is mine.

I have a 2 thermostat setup 1 digital thermostat for AC cooling /Propane heating forced air. And 1 digital thermostat for the outdoor wood boiler heating for the winter. In the summer I installed a nest thermostat for the AC/propane heat and had no issues for the summer AC and the start to winter with propane heat. It wasn't until recently when I went to switch from propane heat to wood heat that I realized previously the 2 thermostats were jumped together, so because the wood burner thermostat can no longer communicate via the nest. The blower is not turning on for the wood burner (it's a simple R/W 2 wire run from wood Burning thermostat to the AC/propane thermostat). My question isn't can I run both heating sources off the nest, because I know that's not an option, but how can I get the wood burning thermostat to get a connection? My original thought was just running a new 2 wire directly from woodburner thermostat to the panel, but then that leaves me no connection for running propane heat. I wouldn't mind buying a 2nd nest if it meant this would automatically fix the problem but despite all the nests benefits, I'm close to just putting both old honeywell thermostats back on with the jumper wires.

Hey there,

I wanted to follow up and see if I could be of any help. Systems that use coal, wood chips, pellets, anthracite, or other biomass materials are typically incompatible with Nest thermostats. I would recommend having an HVAC pro come out and take a closer look. Please let me know if you have any questions from here.

Best regards,
Jake

I didn't get it resolved, I had to take the nest thermostat back off and put the old thermostat back on. Unless someone can diagnose my original post dealing with jumping wires between the 2 thermostats and how the nest plays in to that. I'm gathering the nest is incapable of what's being asked, which is unfortunate
