3 degree requirement for manual schedule

BZRD

Anyone ever notice that if you try to input a manual schedule it forces you to maintain a minimum 3 degree difference between the temperature when on cooling and the temperature when on heating.  So if I want to set my 6 AM schedule to be at 72 when on cooling, I CANNOT set it to be 70 when on heating!  If I try to set that temp at 70 it moves the cooling temperature up to 73!  Why can't I set my schedule to be the way I want it?  Since in this case I am choosing only heating or only cooling, and not heating/cooling, what difference does it make what the temperatures are?

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
