I recently moved a 3rd Gen Thermostat into my garage when I upgraded a Thermostat in my house.
The garage is 2 wire R and W.
The thermostat loses power and disconnects from wifi after 1 day.
I had a 2nd gen thermostat in the garage for 5 years with no charging issues.
I have since added a Nest power connector.
The thermostat is updated to 6.3-5.
What do I do to have the thermostat recognize the power connector?
Is there a way to check if the power connector is actually sending a charge through the R or W wires?
