Heat link stopped working on Wednesday night for no reason. Followed all helpful advice on Forum and instructions from info given to no avail and still under warranty, although this seems to to a common problem after 12-15mths.
It is now Saturday afternoon and still have no CH in Scotland with 3 daughters under 8.
Customer help has been PATHETIC with numerous phone calls on hold for 30-40mins plus with no answer
NO contact from anyone since Thursday after being assured a supervisor would call to issue a replacement asap!!!!
Anyone else having these issues or lack Customer service.

Mine has just died too, in a holiday let 140 Miles way. Not happy, as guests don't have any central heating....

Do you have any lights on the Heat Link? Does anything happen if you press on it?

Hi Cristian, no it was completely dead. No lights, no manual override. Bought an entire replacement Nest Thermostat unit from Screwfix, drove up next morning and replaced it (longest part was pairing the new heat link!). Google called me back and have shipped a replacement heat link.
