Hi, I need to speak to someone in customer support - My heat link has failed on my 3rd gen google nest. There is power going in but nothing coming out, I have tried the fuses, switching on & off but nothing is happening - help! I have no heating or hot water, i cant find an engineer to come out & I have kids that are freezing.
I have looked at all the forums, I am unable to connect to any chats so how do i get to speak to someone in support?
