4th Gen 3 types of heat wiring/settings

I'm trying to install a Gen 4 on a 3 heat system. Heat pump, electric plenum and gas furnace. The gas is for emergency backup and the electric of course is alternate heat. The trouble is the w2 is for alternate heat and the * is for emergency heat but when you run emergency heat the electric plenum starts every time. If alternate heat is used the electric plenum of course runs as it should. If I reverse the wires for the w2 and * the gas will fire and work just like the electric plenum whether it's set on alternate or emergency heat and the electric plenum will not work at all. Is there a setting in the Nest Pro settings to change this so it works like it should?

Post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here.

Post a picture of the wiring for the Nest here too.

Does the original thermostat have an Emergency Heat switch on it?

This is new construction so there is no previous thermostat.

I'm using y1, g, ob, rc, w2/aux, c, *

There is a heatpump, electric plenum and gas furnace in a new house. The gas is supposed to be the emergency heat or used when they don't want to use the electric plenum.

How about the make and model number of the HVAC unit? This can be found on a sticker on the outside of the Furnace/air handler.
