I’ve now had all 4 of my heat links at home die. We’ve had them for around 24 months and the first one died around 9 months ago and the rest every few months after this. Thought it might have been a batch issue but this final one which died (two weeks outside of warranty) was bought separately to the previous 3.
Was all professionally installed and checked over by another installer so it just looks to be a product issue. Amazed by this, can anyone else report similar issues? If this is a common problem what is google doing about it? Wish I just stuck with a trusted Honeywell system or something like that as I can’t imagine I’d had the same failure rate with their products.
