4th gen runs furnace same time as AC

4th Gen has started running furnace at same time as the AC while set to Cooling!!! .... When set to ECO it no longer runs the furnace ( so it's not crossed wires. etc.), but now can't set temp lower than 76 and have company in the house complaining it's hot.

Did a restart to reboot and have checked operating system level, is up to date to 6.3-5.

Was it working before, or is this a new install?

Post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring if you have it

Has been working fine, heat and cool till two weeks ago

It is not wiring as it runs AC only, on ECO

Have hard reset and rebooted couple times

When turn to Cooling, it starts the AC fine, but turns on the furnace after several minutes
