5 Wire Help with Nest!

I have 5 wires:

• yellow
• white
• red
• brown
• green

I have the following ports available:

• Y
• C
• W
• G
• R
• *OB

Can someone help me connect these the right way?

1. To assist you better, could you please provide me with the picture of the old thermostat wiring before you remove it?
