“A” wire thermostat

Hello there! I recently got my father a Nest thermostat for his home as a Father’s Day gift since he has been wanting one for a while. He currently has an older analog thermostat and I went through the compatibility checker and also chatted with someone regarding the current wiring.
The person I chatted with through google said the HVAC is compatible but didn’t directly answer my question of where does the “A” wire go.
he’s got wires going into G, RH, Y, W, and A. There’s a jumper between RH and RC.
any help would be greatly appreciated. Even the RH cable I’m not certain about. The compatibility site just tells me to chat with someone which, again, gave me no resolution.

I already gave him the heads up his system may not be compatible but any guidance would be greatly appreciate! Thanks in advance!
