AC/Heat keeps going off and on before desired temperature is reached??

AC/Heat keeps going off and on before desired temperature is reached?? Then it counts down from 2 minutes before it turns back on…only stays on about 1 minutes and continually repeats this cycle. Had to turn heat to emergency heat to get it to stay on…

Is this a newly installed Nest Thermostat or one that was working correctly before? If is newly installed can you post a picture of the original thermostat's wiring here?

Which Nest Thermsoatat do you have?
