AC and furnace turn on at the same time

Hi!

I have trouble wiring up my nest thermostat. Originally, it has 5 wires from the old thermostat ( blue, green, yellow, white and red). As I wired up with the nest learning, the heat mode only turned on furnace (forced air, gas). In cool mode, it turned on both furnace and ac at the same time. Does anyone experience this issue? I wired up Y1 with yellow, G with green, Rh with red, W1 with white. I left blue out since it’s not common nor heat pump. Thanks in advance. By the way, I have furnace and AC separate, both are forced air.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: in what country are you located? What is the make and model of your system? Do you see any messages or codes on your Nest Learning Thermostat or in the app? To ensure the wiring configuration of your system to the Nest Thermostat, please take a photo of the wires connected to your system's control board. Make sure that the labels of the wires are visible.
