AC compressor turns on during Heat mode

Hi, just set up new Nest thermostat, heat doesn’t work, AC turns on when Nest calls for heat. I wired it exactly like old Nest. I tried resetting it, I tried removing it from Google home app and added it again. It thinks I have a heat pump but I have forced air gas and AC. Any suggestions? White wire is in W1. Trying to figure out how to share pictures. Thanks all!

To upload a picture you first look for the email from google asking to verify your email account.  Once you do that you will be allowed to upload pictures. 

If your wires are in R, W, Y, G and no wire in the OB terminal, the Google Nest will not configure itself as a Heat Pump unless the owner selects it in the beginning of the new installation steps.
