1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? 
2. Would you mind sharing a picture of your wiring configuration?
3. Do you see a power error code on your Nest thermostat?
4. What type of system do you have? (Heat Pump or conventional type)
5. When did you install the Nest Thermostat?
