AC running in Heat Mode

We’ve had this nest running for 2 years without issue. However, after my husband did a factory reset on our internet, the Nest is running the AC while in heat mode. 

Any Ideas??

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about it: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Do you notice some messages or code on your Nest Thermostat? Please try to call for cooling to check if it will do the same thing.
