Could you please take a clear photo of your Nest Learning Thermostat screen? Or could you confirm if there's a message at the center of the icon? Also, did you already try to press and hold the thermostat for 10 secs or until it turns black? It will help us to move forward.

Thanks for reaching back out to us about your Nest Thermostat's display showing a speech bubble. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

The Nest Thermostat doesn't have this icon appearing on its display. Here's an article that will tell you more about what you should see in their displays. Could you please look over the display to see if there is a sticker on it? Have you tried the suggested steps given in your previous post? If you haven't yet, please tap and hold your thermostat's screen for 10 seconds until it shuts down to restart and let us know how it goes.
