Activity History stopped showing - 3rd Gen Thermostats

I have 5 homes on my Google Nest account with 3rd Gen thermostats in each. I've interrogated Activity History remotely for several years to check on activity in the properties. It's very useful as a remote "airbnb" host. Recently, Settings>Home/Away>Activity History have started to show  "No Events" when I know there is activity. This occurs with 4 Nests only - the fifth (still) works OK. I've talked to Nest about this; the recommendation was to move to Google Home. I tried this with one thermostat with no results. The problem started a year ago with one thermostat which I replaced with a new Nest but the issue continued. The other Nests encountered the problem more recently. The thermostats and the App work perfectly in all other aspects. I control them using the App on an iPhone 13 Mini, an iPad Mini 4 and my Nest account on a computer with the same results across all devices. Any ideas how I might get this function working again?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with viewing your history on the app. I'd love to know more about this. Are you still seeing the detailed usage when you tap on the day?

Edward, the App and online account continues to show thermostat usage and adjustments. The Activity History shows on only one of my 5 thermostats. Now, since I posted originally, a thermostat has been removed from its Home on the account. I suggest that it was extremely unlikely that this was caused by me or any other thermostat user; furthermore three thermostats disappeared from their Homes 2 months ago. I am in touch with someone at Nest help re this.

Thanks for sharing your case number. I checked it and they advised you to observe your Nest Thermostat after the troubleshooting steps that you've done. How's it going? Is it doing the same thing?

Edward, there is no change. Only one of the five thermostats on my Google Nest account shows activity history, my home Nest won’t change to Home when I activate with movement, and one of my remote airbnb properties’ Nest has yet again removed itself from that Home in the Google Nest account. My next step is to set up a new Google Nest account for my own home thermostat to see how that performs.
