Is there any way to add my heat pump to my nest wirelessly?

Hello Horsecountry,
Thanks for reaching out and apologies for the late response.
Nest Thermostats need to have an O/B wire configuration. Since the heat pump has a reversing valve, it can turn the compressor into an evaporator and vice versa. Thus, a single compressor can heat or cool a home.
In addition, heat pump systems require a relay on the Nest thermostat in order to effectively regulate the system since each valve has two wires in some heat pump systems. Here's the link that might help.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Best,
Mark
